B | 税务局还将新办企业需要办理事项的业务流程汇总归纳制作成二维码，在公告栏展示，助力企业走好“办税第一步”。　　李晓旭在南山区经营了一家机械设备租赁部，由于店里没电脑，为顾客开发票，要花费往返一个小时的时间去税务局自助办税区开。为解决这一问题，鹤岗市税务部门探索“税务+社区”税费服务模式，建立社区税费服务站，在社区投放办税设备，设置联络专员，提供税费咨询、涉税帮办辅导、诉求意见征集、矛盾争议解决等服务，打造“多点办”“就近办”“门口办”的“十分钟办税圈”。当南山区税务局干部把在社区就能办税的消息告诉李晓旭时，他很激动，“在家门口就能把发票开了，前后不到十分钟就能完事，税费服务站解决了我的大难题。”　　依托电子税务局，鹤岗市税务部门全面推动“非接触式”办税扩面提质增效，健全线上远程问办体系，以响应纳税人个性化诉求、处理复杂办税缴费事项、解决税费争议、满足特殊人员服务需求为主要内容，充分应用征纳互动平台语音交流、视频辅导的功能，通过厅线联动、办问协同、全程互动，逐步推进办税咨询同屏共享的办税服务模式，提升问办帮办代办响应率、解决率和满意度。　　针对部分市场主体退出的情况，鹤岗市税务局将纳税人注销前需核实查验的各类涉税事项，由税务部门集中进行注销风险预检，即可对税款清算、发票使用等6方面21项具体税务事项进行预检、分析、预警，一次性向申请注销的纳税人反馈预检结果及未办结事项等，辅导纳税人及时解除有关预警风险，有效压缩办结时间，助力市场主体税务注销“一路畅通”“一次成功”。（赵辉）。
